SHIPPING

We offer worldwide free shipping on all orders.

Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday, in a span of 24 to 48 hours from the date of purchase and depending on the item’s availability. Once your order is placed, you shall receive an order confirmation through your e-mail. 

Once your item is sent, you shall receive all shipping information including, your tracking number, carrier and delivery estimate through an e-mail. The estimated shipping of available items is within 6 to 12 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on following Monday.

PRE - ORDER

Refer to the page of the item page to get an estimate of your shipping date. The actual date of shipping of pre-ordered items may vary. The estimated date of shipping of pre-ordered items range within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the item.

We will contact any customer if needed and required.

Return Policy

At Bella Lusy, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

✨ Easy Returns for Store Credit

While we do not offer direct exchanges, you may return eligible items for store credit, which can be used to place a new order for the item or size you prefer.

🕒 Return Window

To start a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@bellalusy.com. We'll provide you with a return label — the cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit.

All returns must be shipped back within 15 days of delivery.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Bags or accessories must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Items that do not meet these conditions unfortunately cannot be accepted.

💳 Store Credit Processing

Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, your store credit will be issued within 2–3 business days.

🔧 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll take full responsibility — no return label fees will be deducted.

❗ Final Sale Items

Please note: Items marked as Sale or Final Sale are non-returnable.
